After a trip to the hospital patients and their families may need some assistance.  Nana's Cottage is the caring hands that allow you to stay on task with your family care.  

You might not be giving much thought to what happens when your relative leaves the hospital whether the discharge is to home or not after-care is critical to the health and well-being of your family and loved ones. 

When you arrive home you need some help with simple tasks.  The most important time may be the care after you return home. We take care of your needs. 

Nana's Cottage is ready to serve you.  Client costs may increase due to store charges for bags or other changes.  Additional charges apply if services run over three hours.
